I don’t know about you, but I consume a fair amount of caffeine each day and know the following – for sure:
A couple of hours after coffee or Diet Pepsi I crash. And similarly, in the evening I am ready for sleep.
And I don’t need an App to tell me that. I ask my body and it responds, automatically.
