The capability for social media to deliver “anything” to users is heating up. Possibilities abound, but as the following blogger suggests, issues of trust will dictate success.
TransXfer addresses trust in its products, philosophy, and services. And trust is an issue that hasn’t proven reliable AT ALL. Cybercriminals, aggressive marketing “trackers”, big data, and other current practices fly in the face of any Internet or mobile user trusting implicitly.
This technology professional suggests that reliable brands – with a moral code AND accountibility may make a difference.
Otherwise trust will require regulation and we all know where that has gotten us thus far.
