Let’s see:  Under 13 is elementary school age, right?  And Google – so far – seems much more careful about keeping their content G rated than many social media companies.

My guess is that with Google Apps easily used but adults already, it will be a swift and decisive move to get kids doing their homework at Google.

No brainer in my estimation.  But don’t forget, the google ecosystem is not quite Apple friendly.  And Google owns Android.
