The story just broke yesterday, but we’re in for an interesting ride as the Government, conservative politicians, and skeptics try to unravel the motives behind former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of personal email for government business.
This tech pro, who has been responsible for a number of corporate email systems, has always known that senior executives, especially CEOs, have their own private emails that they use for company business.
Why? So that the IT departments and other “trusted” company employees can’t EVER see information or privileged communication.
The question of whether these kinds of acts are legal or not depends on a great deal of investigation and discussion.
The point is that the whole privacy, security, and discretion discussion among those of us for whom it is important – or even critical to our success or survival – has yet to be conducted.
