Maryland bill would clear way for police to track cellphones – Washington Times

Heads up, all you privacy and identity freaks.  And while you are at it, catch an episode of the CBS television series, “Person of Interest”.  In this Maryland legislation and the TV series, your privacy might be compromised.

All you need to do is own and operate a cell phone or walk down the street – or into a convenience store, it seems – and your location and/or image may be recorded.

When I hear about all this stuff, I immediately think of the Constitution.  But then I also think about the choice I have to act lawfully or not.  So much human behavior in all parts of the world is conditioned by societal controls, rules, and other boundaries.

So cellphone tracking and surveillance cameras is too much?
