The method to my madness in blogging such a mundane topic is that a large number of the companies on this list are the Internet and Entertainment providers that we all have to use for service. The remainder are banks and airlines – go figure! The point is that until the convergence of Internet and traditional media has settled down, the lines between media (what comes in on your cable or satellite) and Internet data (what comes into your router or cable modem) will continue to be blurred. What can improve though is customer service and billing, the two factors that affect consumer opinion the most. The technology has become a slam dunk, fortunately.
