Its refreshing to have a deliberate and thoughtful suggestion regarding the “Wild West” atmosphere that pervades the search engine advertising industry today.  The notion of guidelines continues to seem a better approach than litigation.  the only problem is that guidelines have to be known, trusted, and followed.  How that works in the fuzzy land of the Internet is a mystery, especially when it is the few not the many who are destroying the Internet landscape.
