My guess is that this might be a surprise to some of you, depending upon which part of the US you live in. Obviously, if you use a smartphone internationally, then this survey really doesn’t apply to you.
I am please to say that I have been a Verizon user for many years – at least since they re-branded and went national. So I am a bit biased. We did defect to AT&T a few years ago when one of our adult children bought an iPhone (which at the time was only available from AT&T). Well, that change lasted exactly 14 days as our service (in Southern California) was so poor that we demanded a refund and went back to Verizon. AT&T even refunded that cost of three phones in the deal. Such was the credibility of the case we made. They knew!
