Here’s a classic example of a Fortune 50 business strategy by litigation.  It goes this way:

Deceive consumers.  Maybe or maybe not break the law.

Make billions of dollars.

Hire a good legal team.  Spend a few million dollars fighting the charges in court.

Lose.

Appeal.  Continue to spend a few million dollars.  Delay.
